What to fish and when
We are located on Cordell Hull Lake and our campers have been known to catch a variety of fish.
Striped Bass all year is good but Spring and Summer are your best bets.
Smallmouth Bass is the Tennessee state official fish and is good fishing all year.
Largemouth Bass and other Bass May -- September
Catfish
Flathead, Channel and Blue Catfish can be caught all year round.

June: 6, 7, 8, (best)
1-5th, 15, 16, 24, 25, 25 (good)
July: 1-5th, 28-31st (best)
12. 13, 21, 22, 26, 27 (good)
August: 1, 9, 25-28th (best)
10, 17, 18, 19 (good)
September: 5, 6, 23, 24, 25 (best)
14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29 (good)
October: 2, 3, 21, 22, 29, 30, 31 (best)
18, 19, 20, 25, 26 (good)
Other fish worth mentioning you can also catch is Carp, walleye and bluegill.
Bluegills are plentiful and fun to catch!
